Artwork Returns
All artwork—whether original, printed, or custom-created—is non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
Because each piece is produced to order and often tied to specific artwork placement, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or preference adjustments.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage and packaging.
• Once verified, a refund or replacement may be negotiated depending on the situation.
We always aim to resolve damage claims quickly and fairly.
Non‑Artwork Items (General Merchandise)
For all shop items not tied to specific artwork placement—such as accessories, apparel, or general merchandise—we offer a 30‑day return policy.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method.
Items Linked to Specific Artwork
Any product where the design is based on specific artwork placement (e.g., custom prints, personalized art-based items, or made‑to‑order artwork products) is not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
